Every hour a car stays, your share is worth more.
Own a share of a vault that owns car parks. Drivers pay for their time, the bills come out, and what is left lifts the price of your share. No lot to buy, no barrier to fix, and nobody waving a ticket at you in the rain.
The money comes from drivers.
Nothing is lent out and nothing is borrowed. Somebody needs to leave a car somewhere for a few hours, they pay for it, and three things happen in order.
You buy a share
Your USDG buys vPARK at exactly what the vault holds per share. There is nothing to pay on the way in, and the price you get is the price printed on last night's Ticket.
Drivers pay for time
Every hour on the meter lands in the vault. The operator, the card fees, the lights, the barrier that somebody reversed into again and the council all get paid first. The rest stays put.
Your share is worth more
Nothing drops into your wallet. The price of vPARK goes up instead, a little every night, and you take it with you whenever you cash out. One transaction, no fee, no queue at the exit.
A share of the meter.
Without the meter.
Owning a car park normally means buying a whole building, hiring people to sit in a booth, and answering emails from someone who swears the machine ate their card. The lots here are already bought, already staffed and already full most afternoons.
You bring the USDG. The drivers bring the cars. Somebody else fixes the barrier.
Four car parks. One vault.
The lots sit in one company that the vault owns outright. Every number below is from the last close and changes every night when the Ticket prints.
Every night, the whole bill.
At 00:00 UTC the vault closes the day and prints a Ticket. Every dollar the drivers paid, every dollar that went out, and what the vault kept, lot by lot and line by line. The new price of vPARK is the last line.
If a night costs more than it brings in, the Ticket says so, the price goes down, and nobody takes a performance fee on it.
Your bay in the vault.
Every figure here is read from the vault once it is live on Robinhood Chain. Deposits and cash-outs are ordinary transactions you sign yourself.
Your position
Nothing yet. A deposit here mints vPARK at the price above.
Do something
Start at fifty dollars.
Put a number in and pick a night. This is what the vault did over the closes that already happened, not what it expects to do next.
Deposit
Minimum 50 USDG. Nothing to pay coming in, and nothing to pay leaving.
Each one is its own line.
Every fee below shows up on every Ticket, with the amount it took that night.
| Fee | Rate | Charged on | Who gets it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operator | 12% | Everything the drivers actually paid | The company that runs the booths, the patrols and the phone line nobody likes calling |
| Card processing | 2.1% | Every payment by card or app | The payment processor, who does nothing and is paid every time |
| Management | 0.75% a year | What the vault holds, charged nightly | The vault manager |
| Performance | 10% | What is left after running costs, floored at zero | The vault manager, only on nights that made money |
| Meter tax | 1% in | Every trade of $PARK on its curve | The vault itself. It lifts vPARK like one more car that never leaves |
| Deposit | None | — | — |
| Cash out | None | — | — |
No deposit fee. No exit fee. No performance fee on a night that did not cover its costs.
The ones people actually ask.
What am I actually buying?
vPARK, a share of the vault. The vault owns one company, the company owns four car parks, and all of it is marked to one number every night. The price of vPARK is that number divided by the vPARK in issue.
Do I get paid in my wallet?
No. Nothing is sent out. What the lots keep stays in the vault and the price of each share goes up. You collect it when you cash out, which is one transaction with no fee.
What is the difference between vPARK and $PARK?
vPARK is the share you mint with USDG. $PARK is the coin that trades on its own curve on Pons. Every $PARK trade pays 1% into the vault, so a busy day for the coin is a slightly better night for everybody holding vPARK.
What do I need to start?
A wallet on Robinhood Chain, a little ETH for gas and at least 50 USDG. Robinhood Wallet works out of the box; MetaMask, Rabby, Trust and OKX get the network added when you connect.
Why a hospital car park?
Because nobody chooses to go there and everybody has to park. It is the best performer in the vault by some distance and it does not have a slow season.
What happens on a bad night?
The Ticket prints it. Rain keeps people home, the stadium sits empty for six days, a barrier breaks. Costs still get paid, the price of vPARK dips, and the performance fee is zero that night.
Can I choose just one lot?
No. Every vPARK owns the same slice of all four. The airport pays on weekdays, the stadium pays on Saturdays, the hospital pays every day, and that is the point of having them together.
What is on the Ticket?
Gross from each lot, every fee and running cost with its amount, what the vault kept, the meter tax, and the price of vPARK before and after. It prints at 00:00 UTC and never gets edited afterwards.
Put something in and watch a night close.
Deposit, read the next Ticket, and cash out whenever you want. There is nothing to pay either way, and the meter keeps running while you sleep.
